2. Ordering

When submitting an order to Victoria Noyes Jewellery you are entering into a contract with Victoria Noyes to supply you with handmade jewellery items as described in the product details. This contract will become binding upon acceptance via email of your order.

If the product you ordered is no longer available, I will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the appropriate action (i.e. full refund or a substitute product incurring a part refund or extra payment as required).

 

3. Components

All jewellery on this website has been handmade by Victoria Noyes.  All items are sterling silver (.925) unless otherwise stated. Some pieces may feature pre-made components such as clasps and chains and may contain a ‘925’ mark. All items over 7.8g in weight are hallmarked as required by UK Law at the London Assay Office. Items below this weight may or may not be hallmarked.

 

4. Images

Photographs taken are what I deem to be a clear representation of the product. Due to the handmade nature of jewellery, I reserve the right to sell items with minor differences to the products photographed.

 

5. Prices and payment

Prices are clearly stated in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and do not include VAT as Victoria Noyes Jewellery is not a VAT registered company.

Payment is through Paypal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to pay this way.

 

6. Links

Victoria Noyes Jewellery has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by them of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user's own risk.
